Holy crap, when’s the last time you’ve seen a My Little Pony?
I’ve actually got quite a few My Little Ponies jumbled in a bin in my mom’s basement ( not many people know that little tidbit ), but none are as cool as this MLP sporting an anatomical heart. Her name is “Vena” after the Superior and Inferior Vena Cava of the heart and she was handpainted by Willow who plans to do a whole series of anatomically themed MLP’s. Nice detail work on that tiny heart!
