My pap results were abnormal and I just had a urine test come back positive for leukocytes. Could these 2 things be related?

My pap results from a few months ago were ASCUS, HPV-negative.  Could the urine testing positive for leukocytes be related to this?

In addition to my test-results, I have been very tired lately and had a very sharp, sudden pain in my lower right abdomen for 2 days.  The pain has subsided and the doctor said my colon looked inflamed, but that it was nothing serious. I just don't feel 'right' -  is something else going on inside me that he just can't see?
