Numbness in Arms and Left leg???

I take adderall by prescription, but sometimes I take a extra to study for a test, or clean my apartment, etc, It is an amphetamine so it gives you tons of energy...I have been noticing that when I do this my left arm, leg and sometimes my right arm go numb with a tightness in my chest....  I have been diagnosed also with an anxiety disorder could it be a panic attack or stress, or what else could it be?
