red spots on top of feet around ankles

redish brown spots on & below my ankles on the inside of them. I am on lipitor 5mg , tenormin 50 mg twice daily & lisinopril-hctz 20/12.5 mg once a day. I am 55 years old  and have graves with hashimotos. I have no itching at all.
