Sickness

I went to my doctor on Friday because I didnt feel well, and my right lung,back and shoulder were hurting. He ordered a chest xray which I cant get done until Monday. I fel like an 18 wheeler hit me I hurt everywhere today and get worse as he day goes on. I was curious if the weather might be affecting my sciatica, and since I need surgery on my right shoulder could it afect that or did I maybe pull something or did I catch something (my mother in law had a touch of pneumonia and was coughing around me).
Should I wait until Monday or go to an ER to see what is wrong? I wasnt given an atibiotic just in case either. I was given atopical gel for the ain called Voltaren..... I am allergic to aspirin and almost went into anaphalactic shock after using it.
