Soft swollen protrusions (sores?) on inside of cheeks!

I have two swollen protrusions on the middle of the inside of my cheeks right where the bottom of my upper teeth touch. They hurt when I press them. One lump appeared on the right side of the inside of my cheek, and then the other appeared on the left side in the exact same location. It's been a couple of days now, and the lump on the right side appears to be going down, although now there seems to be a tiny white dot in the middle the size of a pinpoint. What could this be? Are they sores or something? Sorry for my poor English...
