Sprained shoulder

i was out at half moon bay, just paddling away, when somehow, the paddle in my right hand caught the side of my kayak... but i didn't realize it until i had pushed with all my strength (and as i did this, i felt my right shoulder being bitten by a grizzly bear...) i don't know if i dislocated it or what, but it did not feel pleasant at all.. for a couple of weeks now, my shoulder has been bugging me (but it is starting to feel a little better)
