swollen and painful arm

 I woke up this morning with pain around my wrist and just below.  Around lunch time I noticed some swelling right under my wrist and now my fingers and entire arm from wrist to elbow and a little further up is in pain.  There's no significant swelling, and I can't see any bite marks.  What is this???  Should I go to a doctor?
