What can cause these symptoms with chest pain and headaches?

I get these horrible cramps in my chest area under the ribs and around to my back from the ribs up to my neck.  It feels like someone is twisting my lungs and it causes excruciating pain and makes it hard for me to breath.  My heart is good, I'm only 35 and these happen at no particular time, they just come on and I am down for 10-15 minutes before I can get back to my regular routine.  It also comes with a headache and nausea
