What would cause so much fluid in the bags of my eye?

  Woke up to eye llooking like a boxers. Pitting edema, bags are very dark, like bruises and filled with excess fluid.this has been for 3 days now, I noticed last night in between my lower lid and eye, it looks like an ulcer. My eye drains,causing my eyes to seal in the am. Was curious as to what this could be, My other eye has been twitching for over 10 days now, although I don't feel it is relevant to the sore eye. I do have rsd, and fibro, although I have never heard of anyone else having this problem
