My Breast lower quatrant firm swelling inflamatory & examaen seen infiction only & after medicen come less but now has come more

clinically,generally well.right dorsal aspect of hand painless oedema-non pitting .right breast lower quadrant firm swelling 6x8cm ,skin "pue-de-orange" no axillary lymphnodes were palpable.ultrasound mammography was doen ,as report mainly inflammatory ,& after antibiotics the welling reduced ,but after 10 day of first resoult the swelling gets more & soem redness seen in lower part of breast plus aching ...
