tingling/numbness of right big toe for three days no stop

three days ago i started getting this irrateing feeling in my toe i thought it was the seem of my sock wedged between my toe nail n toe so i fixed the sock a few times but it didnt go away finally i touched my toe n it felt kinda numb its the same feeling as when ur foot "falls asleep" like if u sit on ur foot for a while that numb tingly feeling and i have felt this for over three days now and i have no idea what it might be two days prior i was at a jet game and it was freezing cold temperatures so my grandma thinks it might be frost bite but i have no idea.
