Today on my LinkedIn Health 2.0 Group I was directed to a really interesting healthcare blog called Healthy Spaces Rx: Analysis of Consumer-Driven Trends in Healthcare. “HealthySpacesRx was founded on the belief that technology has a positive role to play in the evolution of the health care system. It is a both a forum for broader discussion on the challenging nature of health care reform and practical steps to address the increasingly holistic nature of the health care consumer’s desires.”
The post that caught my attention is titled “Recession hits Healthcare — Cuts Across the Sector.” This is the newest post and takes a look at some of the reports coming out that show what is now obvious – that the healthcare industry has been hurt by the recession. We are not recession proof!
