BALANCED DIET

Starts the day with lemom juice and honey in warm water .

Makes time to have a wholesome breakfast- oats/ porridge with fruits or an egg-white with brown or whole wheat bread and 3 almonds.

Begin meals with salad. Avoid adding salt or dressing.

When hungry eat a fruit instead of snacks.

Drinks 2 glasses of milk daily.

Uses oilve oil to cook.

Gets adequate exercise, avoids elevators and tries to walk more.

Eat plenty of sprouted moong, cucumber and tomatoes to cut down on exess of carbohydrates and oily foods.

Always keep smiling.
