DIET FOR A GOOD HEALTH [ INDIAN ]

A Diet plan of 1500 calorie is given below


Meal Item Total calories

Bed Tea 1 cup tea without sugar 10

Breakfast 2 Chappatis ( oil less)
1 cup curry
or
1 Masala dosa/2 Idlis
1 small cup sambar
or
3 whole wheat bread
1 egg white


Lunch 1 cup Cooked Rice OR
3 Chapatis, 1 cup Dal/Sambar
1 cup Curry, 1 cup Salad/ curd
1 Fruit 600


Evening Tea 1 Cup tea with milk, sugarless 10


Dinner 1 Cup cooked rice , OR
3 Chappatis, 1 cup Dal or Sambar
1 cup curry, 1 cup Salad / Curd 500


Nightcap 1 cup Milk 75


Total Calories 1470



Tips for Weight Management

All meals including breakfast should be taken.

Maintain meal timings.

No snacks should not be eaten in between.

Avoid eating sugars, softdrinks,cakes and icecreams.

Avoid alcahol.

List the support of your family and friends in your effort to loss weight.
