Ginger Biscuit

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 1/4 cups flour
3 /4 cup caster sugar
6 teaspoon honey
2 eggs
1/2 cup corn flour
5 teaspoon baking powder
3-4 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Method

1, Whip the butter and sugar very lightly.

2, Add eggs and honey, and mix well.

3, Mix the dry ingredients and fold in butter mixture. Chill for a few hours.

4, Roll out and cut rounds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 * C.
