Milkmaid chocolate faces

Biscuits transformed into sweet chocolate faces that kids never seem to get enough of.

PREPARATION TIME : 15
COOKING TIME : 10 mins
SERVES : 10

INGREDIENTS

MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk -½ tin (200g)

Butter -50 g

Cocoa Powder -1 ½ tbsp

Marie biscuits -20

Cashew nuts -10, halved

Coconut powder -½ cup

Green, yellow and orange colour -few drops

Small rounds of coloured candied fruit for eyes -Few

METHOD

1. Heat MILKMAID, cocoa powder and butter in a pan. Cook till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Remove from fire.

2. Spread 1 teaspoon of this mixture onto each Marie biscuit and leave to dry for 5 minutes.

3. Divide the coconut powder into 3 portions. Colour one green, one yellow and one orange.

4. Decorate each biscuit by making eyes with candied fruit, mouth with cashew halves and hair with coloured coconut powder.
