Murg Malai Seekh Kebab

Mildly spiced chicken mince kebab
Serves 4
Time required: 20 minutes plus marinating and grilling time.

Ingredients

400 g chicken breast
Salt to taste
5 green chillies
10 flakes ( 20 g ) garlic
1.5 cm ginger
¼ teaspoon (1g ) white pepper powder
1 tablespoon (15 g) cashew nut paste
20 g coriander leaves, chopped
¼ teaspoon ( 1g ) garammasala powder

Method

Mix all the ingredients and apply the paste to the chicken. Keep aside for one hour. Mince the chicken twice to make a fine mince. Adjust seasoning. Take lemon sized portions, make it cylindrical shape and put on the skewers . Grill till done.
