Recipie of the Month: Grilled Peaches

4 fresh peaches
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Non Fat Natural Yogurt
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 3 - 4 minutes
Serves 4
Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place peaches cut side up in a shallow heatproof dish. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over cut surface of the peaches. Cook under a grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar is dissolved and bubbling. Serve with yogurt.
