Recipie of the Month: Grilled Peaches

4 fresh peaches
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Non Fat Natural Yogurt

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 3 - 4 minutes
Serves 4

Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place peaches cut side up in a shallow heatproof dish. Combine brown sugar and cinna­mon, then sprinkle over cut surface of the peaches. Cook under a grill for 3-4 minutes until sugar is dissolved and bubbling. Serve with yogurt.

That sounds very tasty! Something you could do, is sautee up a handful of raspberries to use as a sauce, Peach Melba style! You could also substitute plums or plucots, too. In a restaurant, they'd probably garnish this with a mint sprig.
