After working on the computer for a while, I had a snack and packed up for Zumba -

Zumba was fun!! Diana goes to this zumba group many nights a week and is a pro – she’s even getting instructor certified. I’m so glad Michelle was there with me because it was much more fun with a friend ( Diana was up in front of us bustin’ her moves). We started right in with salsa, some hip hop and many other what-appeared-to-be-Latin dances. Having 10+ years of dance experience, I caught on to the moves pretty quickly, but I’m not exactly the most shake-your-booty type, so I doubt I looked that cool! It was still fun though, and a great form of exercise. I don’t think I can afford to join the group on a regular basis, but the class did rekindle my flame for group exercise. I used to do boot camp, kickboxing, step, sculpt, cycle, CardioFunk – all of ‘em! I don’t know what happened; I just got bored or something. I’ve been enjoying going to the gym when I feel like going. But maybe I’ll do a class later this week!
I got home around 7:30 and we were lucky to have leftovers from last night to heat up for dinner. My GOSH was this dinner spicy!!

Okra, potatoes, rice and a little tofu curry, all covered in sriratcha

Plus kale chips, which Matt super-spiced with some cayenne without my knowing. I went from bite of spicy kale to hot + spicy indian. I love spicy foods, but it was not the most pleasant dinner!
