Slice and brown the onions. To the chicken cubes add, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey, onions, coriander, garlic and mix. Grind the mixture. Add saffron and adjust seasoning. Make seekh kebabs of the mixture and deep fry. You can make tikkis also. Serve with mint chutney, onion and lemon wedges.
