Zarda Seekh Kebab

You will need


1 kg chicken
100g onions
50 g garlic, chopped
50 g coriander leaves, chopped
Juice of a lemon
2 teaspoon honey
5 g white pepper
A pinch of saffron
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Method


Debone the chicken and cut into small cubes. Slice and brown the onions. To the chicken cubes add, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, honey, onions, coriander, garlic and mix. Grind the mixture. Add saffron and adjust seasoning. Make seekh kebabs of the mixture and deep fry. You can make tikkis also. Serve with mint chutney, onion and lemon wedges.
