I attended the SHALA Interpretation Workshop this afternoon for my lunch hour. Now I'm antsy because I really needed to be walking for that hour. Plus, the annual Spring Fever has hit!

1st session...learn Pilates breathing and I need a better mat. Mine is paper thin compared to what others had. I'm more sore from the slim mat and tight leg muscles from other exercising. What I really like so far is I don't have to be quite as coordinated as one would in say, STEP or some other Dance class.
