100 Push-Up Challenge: Week 4, Day 2

I just finished my second workout of the week, completing a total of 71 push-ups in the 100 Push-Up Challenge ( http://hundredpushups.com ).



In reviewing the training protocol, this coming Friday will be my most demanding training session to date requiring a total of 83 push-ups. I’m ready for it. I’m confident that I will get through Friday’s session and am looking forward to retesting this upcoming weekend.



The last two weeks of the 100 Push-Up Challenge is killer, so if there’s anyone out there who has participated and gotten to that level, I’d love to hear from you! While I’m very optimistic, I’m also a realist by nature and have a feeling I may be repeating weeks 3 and 4 before being able to move on.



I’d like to take this opportunity to give all of the women from Jillian Michaels Website participating in the 100 Push-Up Challenge with me a shout-out. There are close to 40 participants in total, and they’re all rock-stars. Nice job gals!
