Today was much more calm than yesterday. It was still busy for sure, but I felt like I had a lot more time to breathe today, thank goodness!
I started my day with a fantastic LBWO.

I tried doing jumping jacks in between my leg press- and it rocked! A great way to get my HR up.
After my workout, I showered and made my way to school for my two classes. The clasess went by a lot quicker than yesterday, that’s for sure!
I sipped on my meal #1 on the way to class #1…
Choco-banana protein shake! 1/2 c skim milk (out of almond!), 1 lg banana, scoop of EAS chocolate whey and a buncha ice
In between classes I did some studying + had my fave new bar!

I love these! They’re crispy cereal bars, but the chocolate on the bottom with the crunchy peanuts scattered throughout really make it delicious!
For meal #3 I made a variation on Danica’s BBQ chicken pita pizza. I was SO excited to make this- I love bbq chicken pizza!!!
My version had:leftover bbq chicken + more bbq sauce on the bottom, grape tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and an LCL wedge for cheesiness, on an Ezekiel mini pita!
I broiled it for 5 mins and WOW was it tasty! This is definitely a re-do- almost as good as the real thing!
Meal #4 was in the midst of studying, Chobani + Nectarine.

When I finally finished my 4+ hours of work I had to do, I made dinner!
Shrimpies, sauteed in EVOO with a bit of white wine + Garlic+Herb Mrs. Dash, wilted spinach and 1/2 c brown rice. Perfecto!
This was sooo flavorful! I love shrimp! And that is about 2.5 cups of spinach right there, I have a love/hate relationship with how much it cooks down. I got lotsa greens in, that’s for sure!
For “dessert”, aka Meal #6 it was no surprise…
Cottage cheese + blueberry yogurt. I’m obsessed.
So today was busy, tomorrow will be busy, and Friday is a little less busy… but my FREE DAY is in 2 days, whoo! I have to work a TON from this weekend through the next week, so I’m trying to get my relaxation in bit by bit as I can. I don’t want to burn myself out!
Which is why I’m going to bed at 930 like a grandma.
