Exhausted!

Heyy guys- this is going to be another quickie post because this girl is tired!

I started my day bright and early again with a great HIIT workout.

HIIT 9/15

Incline @ 0%
1 min @ 5.8
1 min @ 6.0
1 min @ 6.5
1 min @ 7.0
1 min @  7.5
1 min @ 8.0

Incline @ 0.5%
1 min @ 6.0
1 min @ 6.5
1 min @ 7.0
1 min @ 7.5
1 min @ 8.0

Incline @ 1.0%
 1 min @ 6.2
1 min @ 6.8
1 min @ 7.2
1 min @ 7.6
1 min @ 8.3 
1 min @ 6.0
1 min @ 6.8
1 min @ 7.6
1 min @  9.4—> hit the fast pace again!!

1 min @ 3.5

Total time: 21:50 (I needed to get outta there, I was late!) 

I was running a little late, but at least I got my workout in!

Meal #1 was eaten on the go… on my way to class #1!

2009_0501AA Same thing, but mine was in a blender bottle! Frozen berries, 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 c h20, 1 scoop chocolate EAS.

Meal # 3 (Lunch!) was after class #3… I ate it on the Quad while doing some nutrition reading!
2009_0502AD Turkey wrap with all natural turkey, LCL wedge, Annie’s honey mustard + low carb wrap. Veggies on the side- carrots + cuke!

I TRIED to make it through lab with no meal #4. But I caved and had 1/2 an EAS AdvantEDGE bar.

Coulda been worse!
I had the equivalent of 3 small whole wheat chocolate chip cookies in class. One to test from my group and 1/2 each of the 4 other groups! I did well by NOT taking the leftovers home and just having what I needed to have. Yay!
I hope this didn’t mess up my progress too much.

I came home and made a lovely easy dinner…
2009_0503AB Chicken baked in 365 BBQ sauce, frozen roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus. Yummy, comforting adn filling!

Not quite filling enough though… I’m still having cottage cheese + yogurt for meal #5!! 

Ok, that’s all for today.

I had a 9-hour day at school today. I hope you understand!!
