Since my last post I roasted a TON of veggies

Dipped some Macaroons in Chocolate Yumminess

Caught my Bananas just in time to chop them up and freeze before they went bad

Once they’re frozen I use them throughout the week for my Green Smoothies
I gave Pumpkin a cute? little face for Halloween

Saturday was my off day from the gym. The Boo and I had some delicious food and live entertainment at Love Boat Sushi in Rancho bernardo


LOVE this place!
I drank a little wine
And bought a Butternut Squash I’ve yet to decide what to do with…

Last night was a super QUICK gym session
- 20 minutes EVIL Stairmaster
- 12 minutes Eliptical
Tonight was an hour long SPIN class and now I’m finally winding down with some Cinnamon Chamomile Tea. I think I’m going to try to fit in as much gym and spin time as possible this week since next week is going to be craaaaaazy! I’ll be working long hours all week AND The Boo is getting surgery for his torn ACL
