Jumbled

Hey guys, 

My mind is a bit jumbled right now and I’m not in the best of moods, so I’m going to keep this short + sweet. 

This morning I woke up and Sam was nice enough to give me a ride to the gym for my HIIT. She works there so she had no problem going and hanging out with a couple people she knows while I hit the treadmill!

My workout was great, I was really motivated after all my treats last night!!

HIIT 9/13

Incline @ 0%
1 min @ 5.8
1 min @ 6.0
1 min @ 6.5
1 min @ 7.0
1 min @  7.5
1 min @ 8.0

Incline @ 0.5%
1 min @ 6.1
1 min @ 6.5

I straightened Sammie’s hair in the morning… she looked gorge! Took me 1.5 hours though, she has quite the curly mane!

I took a break for meal #2… Kashi Go Lean + 0% chobani
2009_0430AX After Sam left I got working on some business I needed to attend to (hopefully my big secret will be revealed soon…) and then school work, of course.

I managed to break for some leftover chili for lunch…
2009_0430BB Had some carrots for crunch, too =)

I did the rest of my work and proceeded to lay down for a “cat nap”- well, I guess I was more exhausted than I thought because I woke up two hours later!!

I proceeded to whip up a delicious chocolate berry smoothie for meal #4
2009_0501AA It was like gelato! Sooo thick, I ate it with a spoon! This was 1 cup frozen berries + 1/2 c almond milk, 1/2 c water, 1 scoop chocolate EAS and a buncha ice. 

I did some more lazying/work and I didn’t eat dinner until 7 because I wasn’t hungry!
2009_0501AE Surf + Turf again… I love it! Mini steak with worcestershire, 6 shrimpies cooked in EVOO, 1/2 c brown rice and lots of tasty green beans.

For dessert/meal #6 I had cottage cheese + nectarine (no pic!).

Time for me to get some shut eye. I promise I’ll be more entertaining tomorrow!
