I had a lovely dinner with the BF today using some Peanut Butter Pineapple Chicken left-overs. I made mine into a gigantic salad with orange and red bell peppers, shredded carrots, almond slivers, broccoli, raisins and half a sliced naner.
 For the BF I made some brown rice and broccoli to accompany his chicken.
 I did a little bit of evening yoga and just when I was about to sit and relax, we had the puppers hurt her little arm! We have a vet appt tomorrow, but I'm hoping she is ok. Tonight was gonna be some quality movie time with BF, but who knows now that we are all worried about the pup.
Here's my poor sweetie in a happier time.
 I snacked on a bit of greek yogurt, blueberry fruit spread, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein, and a spoonful of lowfat ricotta with a few walnuts and a bit of flax on top.
 I'm trying to eat more raw foods and a bit more fish and eggs instead of other meats. So far I'm doing pretty well, time to start makin lots of beans for protein additions to salads!
