I was so excited this evening when I got home and found the lovely book I won in the auction over atOh She Glows. This Crazy Vegan Life shall be read and reviewed very soon!! thanksAngelaandChristina!
My lunch yesterday was the typical huge salad. I added some hemp to the dressing instead of having nuts as my protein this time. Mmmm makes it kind of like a pesto consistency.

Dinner needed to be quick so it turned kinda snacky. I had a bit of spiralized zucchini with a little bit of marinara.

I had a date with one of my oh so delicious homemade nut butters.

And this mash of 1/2 a nana, a different homemade nut butter, raisins and about a quarter of one of my cookies. Delish!!

After din din it was time for Zumba and I decided to go ahead and run to the gym today. I did the 1.6ish miles to the gym followed by an hour of heart pounding, awesomely fun Zumba. I'm actually getting semi ok at some of the dance moves!! Then the BF picked me up and we headed to pick up some necessities at Henry's, including this hydrating amazingness. I didn't really like the plain flavor, but when I found the pineapple one my heart melted! I'm in love.

Dessert/snack was a mango, and surprise surprise...

More nut butter. I made a few new ones this evening, so of course I had to try some! Some Sticky Bun Butter with raisins and honey. Awesome!! I went a bit crazy with the nut butters today, I guess my body was just craving the healthy fats today!

After dessert and making nut butters, I sat down with the BF to watch some of 300. This has got to be one of my fav movies ever. No matter how many times I see it, I love every second. Gets me so pumped, I should totally watch it right before working out.
Breakfast this morning was the traditional slushie with some berries and goraw granola sprinkled on top. Loved the little bit of crunch!

The gym was all lifting this morning. I did a long lower back, abs and calves workout that only left me 5 mins for the bike. That's no biggie though, since my legs were pretty tired after the run + Zumba last night. I did supersets this morning, matching one ab move with one of the lower back or calf exercises. I did 3 sets of 10 reps of each of the following.
Good Mornings
DeadLifts
Stability Ball Back Extension
Seated Calf Raise
Standing Calf Raise
Leg Lifts on Stability Ball
Twisting Side Crunch on Ball
Around the World
Weight Ball Crunch
Stability Ball Plank
My am snack this morning was perfect and totally hit the spot. For some reason I was absolutely ravenous this morning by snack time (guess my workout was harder than I thought). I had a pear with a slice of ezekiel bread covered with two homemade nut butters. Half of this was my Sticky Bun Butter and when slathered on toast, it was actually like I was eating a sticky bun. All of the deliciousness, none of the bad stuff. Everything in my nut butter is raw and natural so it tasted so naughty, but was nowhere near!
