2. Next month I’m going to be holding an all-new 30-day Primal challenge. I don’t want to give away too much just yet, but I will say that there will be contests and some really great prizes, that the challenge will be much more interactive than last year’s 30-day challenge, and that it will be a perfect way to introduce all of your friends and family to the Primal concept. 4. Readers of MDA and The Primal Blueprint have been sending in some pretty amazing Success Stories. I’ve added a few new ones (some with before and after pics) here (toward the bottom) and here.
5. Last but not least… I added a new photo to the rotating images in the header and have had a few people ask where it was taken. It was taken at about 8,000 feet on Sunnyside Trail just north of Aspen about 1 month ago.
