Reasons to love fiber!

A lot of people think eating healthy is just staying away from fast food, or not drinking beer or limiting the amont of carbs you eat. But if your trying to lose weight or just boost your health you need to start paying more attention to adding fiber to you diet.

There are tons of reasons why to love fiber, but here are some important ones:

- Studies show that having a high fiber intake in your daily diet can help prevent a lot of high risk diseases, such as "cancer", "diabeties", "heart disease" among others.

- It is a great Allie to have in the fight against weight loss, and eating a good amount each day can help you lose fat and keep it off in the future.

- It helps your digestive system, and keeps you on a more regular washroom schedule which is always better than being in the washroom for 45minutes.

- And last its easy to get, and can taste great! There are tons of easy make recipies for muffins, cakes, and now you can even get awesome tatsting ceral bars.

You want to try and get about 25- 50 grams of fiber each day. Men need more than women, but just adding a little more each day will increase your health and make it easier to fend off colds.

One last thing, try eating vegtables, and 100% whole grain foods to get your intake of fiber, and you will definatley see some results.
