I received an email from my friend Sanae in California telling me about she and her husband Eric's new restaurant, Seed. Eric and Sanae have a knack for beauty, as seen in their cookbooks, Love, Eric (filled with luscious, beautifully aranged, vegan macrobiotic desserts, and Love, Eric and Sanae, which focuses on savory vegan macrobiotic cuisine. Both of their cookbooks are treasures, and I can easily say that the are the most beautiful cookbooks I own!
