Hey guys, I know I haven’t posted inn forever two days… but life has been CRAZY and I needed a little blogging break. I knew you’d all understand!
So to back track, like I said- my weekend was insane. I had my “free day” on Saturday, but Sunday’s eats weren’t exactly BFL-friendly either because I was at a family party all afternoon. I had fun this weekend, and I’m back on track today so that’s what matters!
Here’s a quick Recap of my weekend…
Saturday.
Morning - Juice, bagel with cream cheese, pumpkin bread.

Afternoon was not the greatest, but I was working- two all-beef hotdogs, with ketchup + mustard, and hot chocolate to drink.
Evening- Cheesy garlic bread I shared with my mom, Calzone with chicken, onions, broccoli + honey mustard, candy corn x2.

Oh, and I dipped in the candy bowl 2 or 3 4 times. It was worth it.
Saturday night I went to my friend’s Halloween Party and Nick met me there when he got to RI. It was good for the most part, but I had a little too much fun, we got home late and I wasn’t feeling too hot the next morning.
Sunday.
I woke up late, and headed out on an easy 30 minute run which made me feel a lot better. I have an amazing boyfriend, because while I was out running he went out and bought me Crazy Burger for breakfast!
I kept it BFL-friendly.
Egg white omelet with broccoli, sundried tomatoes and goat cheese. 2 pieces gluten-free toast and fruit. I devoured it ALL.
From breakfast til we left for my cousins’ housewarming party, all I ate was samples of what I cooked. I made two appetizers- Italian Meatball Bombs which are basically my classic italian meatball recipe made with ground beef and with little pieces of mozarella in the middle so they “explode” in your mouth.
I also made stuffed mushrooms, which I can not find the picture of! They were delicious.
I made Meg + Ryan, the new homeowners, some fresh baked goods- my Pumpkin Maple Walnut Muffins, which I did not taste, and my famous “Hungry Boyfriend Cookies”, which I shared two of with Nick throughout the day- they were tiny, but delicious!
At the party, I had two mushrooms, a meatball, and two small pieces of bread with bean dip. A while later they brought out a HUGE lunch spread! I grabbed a bit of everything, but didn’t end up finishing my plate, I took too much!
Pasta salad with shrimp, rice salad, ham and cheese roll (only ate 1/2), pulled pork (left a couple bites) salad and home made thin crust pizza.
We chatted with the fam, my sister and I had a funny photo shoot with the gag gift my uncle gave the couple…
Dessert time!
Strawberry shortcake and chocolate cake. Skipped the pie, cookies + muffins! Went for just what I wanted!
We played a fun Worst Case Scenario game, and eventually headed home.
I was in no way hungry enough for dinner, but I did snack on this…

Which Nick snagged a couple bites of and enjoyed as well!
That’s all for now, guys- I have to do some homework + I have work 4-9. I’ll be back posting regularly soon enough!
