I went shopping at the Sacramento Natural Food Coop this evening to purchase my vegetables for my Roasted Vegetable dish I am preparing for Turkey Day.
The vegetable and fruit section was abound with all sorts of fresh herbs, vegetables, onions, fruit, root vegetables, brussel sprouts, potatoes and all organic.
I just loved the shopping experience tonight. It felt very rewarding and healthy. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
