Turbulence Training Ab Workout

As promised, here is one of Craig Ballantyne's abdominal exercise workouts that can easily be done in the convenience of your own home. All you need is a Swiss Ball.

I tried this workout the other night following my Turbulence Training Intermediate workout. I'm definitely feeling the results of the two today!
