I officially started my Turbulence Training program on 2/17/2008. My official weigh-in that day had me at 134.5 lbs and roughly 31% BF. I selected the "original" Turbulence Training for Fat Loss Beginner program.
Don't let the word "beginner" fool you! The workout kicked my butt!! Well, actually, it kicked my calves. It was the first time I did stability ball leg curls and let's just say my calves were screaming at me for the next few days. The core exercises were also much tougher than anything I've done up to that point.
The total time for the workout was around 25 minutes. Add a Turbulence Training interval into the mix and you have one completely killer workout that takes a total of 45 minutes.
10-weeks later and I'm down to 127.5 lbs and around 26% BF. I still have a way to go in regards to getting to
< 20% BF, but I'm confident that I will succeed. There are scores of Turbulence Training programs to choose from as Craig provides a new program each month to members. I'm going to start the Intermediate program next week.
