 What do you put on your baked potato?

I see one of you said no butter on carrots or veggies,i can see that,But help me out on the potato.Thank you.

greens that are cooked in olive oil and lots of garlic, then mash in your potatoes and add your favorie spices and a squeeze of lime juice.
That sounds good,But what if you are going out and you can have a baked potato, what will you put on it?
