Balance Diet and Regular Exercise For Weight Loss

I need to continously do my regular exercise to speed up my weight loss. I also need to focus more on eating food rich in fiber and eat less carbohydrate.

I know that eating less carbohydrates is not good. But I will only temporarily eat lesser carbohydrates until I reach the weight that I am targeting. Completely eliminating carbohydrate will not do any good at all. Once you reach a certain weight, then it will eventually slow down the metabolism if the diet is not balance. Including carbohydrates during weight los diet will balance the diet and speed up the weight loss. This is through my personal experience.

I have maintain my weight for many years through balance diet. However, when I had my last surgery and started to get very busy with my online business, I completely lost focus on eating the right food and did not exercise regularly. Now that I really need to loose weight, I will start focusing on eating the right food and do my regualr exercise to speed up my weight loss.

I need to loose at least 5 pound before December. A total of 10 pounds before the end of this year. Then I will start eating my regular diet and slowly loose another 5pounds before summer time. I just really need to loose weight. We will see!!!
