Feel Good And Relax

I feel so blotted today because I ate too much last Saturday and Sunday. All I do the whole weekend if sleep, eat and watch TV. I feel so lazy to do anything even blogging. So today I did my 30 minutes exercise and 15 minute stretching. I feel so good after sweating a lot.

A lot of people think that the more they spend time on the bed, the more they will feel better and energize. But that is not what I have been experiencing, everytime I spend the whole day doing nothing but lying on my bed. We need to exercise to keep our blood circulating. Stretching will help stiff muscles to relax which us feel more flexible. I feel a lot better now and I am ready to get a good sleep.
