I am thinking of buying this Richard Simon's
NEW "Sweatin' to the Oldies" 5 DVD set. I like his fitness videos because all parts of your body will be moving most especially the arms. I need a lot of arm and shoulder movement exercise because of my shoulder pain. Some exercise only focused on legs and some part of the body, but Richard Simmon's exercise steps will make all parts of your body move. I really don't like his over acting on his videos, but his exercise routine have help me a lot to ease the pain on my shoulder.
