period and severe right leg pain

49 yrs old with 2 ablations getting light periods wth heavy pain. Taking naproxin. Pain starts in lower groin and continues to mid thigh. Not pelvic congestive according to Gyn and he wants to do a hysterectamy.  Exam reveals less aterial flow at ankle. Ultrasound(internal and external) reveal nothing. Leg feels swollen and uncomfortable all of the time.
