This is the most comprehensive video I have seen on the web about how to deal with how to recaulk the tub / shower enclosures. The most important part of any job is the preparation, this is no different. Once you get the prep down and you know what you are doing, its smooth sailing. Here we show you step by step footage on how to recaulk, from taking out the old caulk, cleaning, and smoothing on the new. We show you the products with use, except for our on concoction that we mix up our selves, to do the cleaning which has bleach in it to kill the mold and mildew, and whatever else was lurking on or around the old caulking. We demonstrate tried and true techniques on how to clean and apply the caulk . For this project we used a new quick dry latex caulking from Dap. It seemed to work fairly well except for the fact it was harder to work with then most normal caulk. But it did dry fast... At Power Washing Dragon and Painting, PDP.
