Weekly Simplicity Tips

  1. Break down one of your goals into the next 5 ten minute actions.
  2. Don’t automatically say yes.
  3. Call someone you have been avoiding to have an honest conversation. You will feel much better afterwards.
  4. Put a note pad by your bed for when you remember something you need to do.
  5. Be realistic with what you can accomplish in one day.
  6. What are you making a big deal about that, isn’t worth it.
  7. Create a stronger boundary on how you expect to be treated to help a relationship problem.
