
- Break down one of your goals into the next 5 ten minute actions.
- Don’t automatically say yes.
- Call someone you have been avoiding to have an honest conversation. You will feel much better afterwards.
- Put a note pad by your bed for when you remember something you need to do.
- Be realistic with what you can accomplish in one day.
- What are you making a big deal about that, isn’t worth it.
- Create a stronger boundary on how you expect to be treated to help a relationship problem.
