can a patient with Hashimoto's and nodules have one of them be a "hot" nodule causing heart PVC's?

I was recently DX'd with Hashimoto's and US showed two nodules (2cm, 3cm)  one benign and one suspicious.  I have recently started having PVC's and am on Toprol XL to control them.  Can one of the nodules be "hot" and the other "cold" in this case?  I am on Synthroid for Hypo as well.
