Is there any withdrawl symptoms with Norvasc (amlodipine)

Currently, I take Lotensin for blood pressure (the highest dosage) and Norvasc was added which I've taken for a few months.  I have much swelling in the feet and ankles.  It has caused some parts of my body pain (wherever there was any injury).  I decided to stop taking it on my own.  It's been a few days now and I noticed I was easily depressed.  Maybe that is unrelated but was curious if it could be a withdrawl symptom.  Thank you.
