Last May I got on the scale and hit an all time high. In my search to find tools to motivate me to lose weight and get in shape, I discovered there was no great music that dealt topically with weight loss and fitness in a way that would motivate me the same way "I will Survive" motivates one through a breakup. So I wrote an album and had it produced by David Malloy and George Daly, two top music producers out of Nashville and Marin, respectively.
