Is it safe to take Coenzyme Q 10 w/ Atripla?

I have aids and my feet have been having some soreness and stiffness to them, also lack of sensation - I am thinking I may have  neuropathy.  I see my doctor next week and will check for sure.  I am doing some research online and one of the supplements suggested is Coenzyme Q 10. Thank you.
