Advance Bidding:
Proxy bidswill be taken by phone (212) 627-9855 or email asadao@visualAIDS.org,until 12 PM on Monday, May 11, 2009. Contact Visual AIDS with the artist name(s) you are interested in. Include your top bid amount, full name, address, phone and email and a proxy will be assigned at the event to make your bids.
Preview Showing – of artwork will be on display & pre-bids will be accepted at Mixed Greens, 531 West 26th Street on Saturday, May 9 from 11am-6pm. For more information on the preview call Steven Sergiovanni, Mixed Greens at (212) 331-8888.
Silent auction will continue Monday, May 11 at the benefit ONLY. FINAL BIDS will close at 10:30 PM.The bidding increments will be $100. Credit card information must be provided to secure your bid.
