Hi Jayson,

It's almost time for those dreaded New Year's resolutions.

Soon enough there will be a new crop of celebrity diet books urging us to eat like "skinny french women from south beach" or "low-carb vegetarians"

I would like to suggest that with all of the great health & fitness bloggers here at Wellsphere, we have an opportunity to work together to promote our own little individual corner of the blogosphere.

I am going to contact all of my friends here at Wellsphere with this suggestion and see what happens.

Currently I receive between 500 and 1200 hits per day at my blog - Health Habits

I think that quite a few of my readers would be interested in your point of view.

Let me know what you think

Happy New Year

p.s. I know it's shameless, but would you consider checking out my blog , and if you think it's worthy, giving it a vote in the wellsphere blogger contest

Thank you for the compliment.  Nutrition is actually pretty simple, but the hardest part is having the motivation and dedication to make the right decisions.

Hello! I have been reading your bathin suit season strategies and I have to admit that they are very simple, yet creative and reasonable. Thanks for posting!
