Hooray !

Boy did I learn the value of water during my Hepatitis C treatments !!

And now that I'm in the nutrition business I'm learning how vital it is--always did "kinda" know but now I *really* know !

Real glad you set a goal here. Keep up with it and log your progress. It might seem like a small thing some days but, believe me, it's big!!!
